THESE RULES (HEREIN – RULES) SET OUT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND SALE OF A TICKET TO THE EVENT ORGANIZED AND HELD BY THE ORGANIZER, THE PROCEDURE AND PRINCIPLES OF PARTICIPATION IN IT, THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZER AND THE PARTICIPANT, AS WELL AS OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE ORGANIZER.
DEFINITIONS OF TERMS.
A Ticket is a document, including an electronic one, confirming the purchase and sale agreement concluded between the Organizer and the Participant and granting the Participant the right to enter and participate in a specific Event.
A Participant is an adult person who purchases a Ticket for purposes related to his/her business, work, profession or trade, has paid the price indicated in the Ticket and has acquired the right to participate in the Event.

Event – an event organized and held by the Organizer specified in the Ticket, to which the Participant is granted the right to enter and participate.
GENERAL PROVISIONS.
The Rules are an integral part of the Ticket, without which the Ticket has no legal force. The definitions used in the Rules have the same meaning in the Ticket.
By paying for the Ticket, the Participant hereby confirms that he/she has previously properly familiarized himself/herself with the publicly announced Rules, they have been disclosed and explained to him/her in detail, the Participant has understood and agrees to all the terms of the Rules and strictly undertakes to comply with them.
TERMS AND PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASING, EXCHANGING AND RETURNING TICKETS.
Before purchasing a Ticket, the Participant must thoroughly evaluate all the information provided to him and publicly available about the Event, as well as his ability to arrive and participate in it.
By paying for the Ticket, the Participant confirms that he has purchased the Ticket with all the correct and comprehensive information necessary to make a decision, including but not limited to the topic, duration, date, location, course, price, quality, etc. of the Event.
The Participant confirms that the Event fully meets his expectations and understands that due to such confirmation, all his claims regarding the Event will be considered unfounded.
The Participant assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to the Organizer and must eliminate all consequences arising from failure to fulfill this obligation at his own expense.
When purchasing a Ticket, the Participant must immediately check whether all the data on the Ticket is correct and whether the Ticket price corresponds to the amount paid. The Participant is responsible for any violation of this provision.
It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, forge, resell or otherwise transfer the Ticket to third parties. It is also prohibited to purchase, use or transfer the Ticket in any other illegal way.
The purchased Ticket is not refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances, and its price is not compensated, except when the Event is canceled or postponed due to the Organizer’s fault.
If the Event is postponed due to the Organizer’s fault, the Participant has the right to participate in the postponed Event or to recover the money paid for the Ticket. Information on how to do this is provided by e-mail at konferencija@valstybe.eu or by phone at +370 5 2619662.
If the Event is cancelled due to the Organizer’s fault, the Participant will be refunded the money for the Ticket within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Participant submits to the Organizer an original Ticket that is not torn or otherwise damaged and proves his/her identity. This provision does not apply when the Ticket was purchased electronically.
If the Participant purchased the Ticket electronically and the Event is cancelled due to the Organizer’s fault, the Organizer, without a separate request from the Participant, transfers the amount paid for the Ticket to the same bank account of the Participant from which the payment was made when purchasing it.
The Participant is aware that the start time of the Event indicated in the Ticket is indicative and may change, therefore the Organizer is not responsible if the Event starts later than indicated in the Ticket.
CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT.
It is prohibited to smoke, bring in and consume food, alcohol, narcotic or other psychotropic substances, gas, firearms and other weapons during the Event. In order to ensure the safety of other Event Participants, the Organizer has the right to check the Participant’s intoxication, as well as any items attempted to be brought into the Event.
The Participant undertakes to participate in the Event in such a way as not to pose a threat to his or her own health and property and that of other Event Participants, not to insult or discredit them, not to degrade their honor and dignity, as well as in such a way as not to violate the rights and legitimate interests of the Organizer and the right of other Participants to properly participate in the Event. In case of violation of this obligation, the Participant undertakes to compensate for all negative consequences arising from this both to the Organizer and to third parties.
The Organizer has the right to unilaterally cancel the Ticket without separate notice, as well as not to admit or remove the Participant from the Event
